One of the most special parts of living in an eco village is our relationship with food. Much of what we eat is luomu (organic and grown without chemicals, just as nature intended)
We often use ingredients from our own garden, which makes every meal feel earned and meaningful. It teaches us patience, care & gratitude. Our meals are designed to nourish both body & soul. We include proteins from lentils, beans, eggs, healthy fats from oils and seeds & vitamins from fresh vegetables and herbs. This way of eating gives us energy to work, connect, and grow. The kitchen becomes more than just a place to cook (itβs where community happens β€οΈβπ©Ή) Sharing food weβve prepared together creates a deep sense of belonging. Itβs not just about being full, but being truly nourished.
